He collaborated with all 50 National Governing Bodies of Sport and numerous Paralympic sports organizations as Director, Coaching Education. It was Snyder’s mission to develop the most talented coaches and sport programming in the world during his tenure as head of the department. High-performance coaching methods, leadership, pipeline development and best-in-class programming were among the priorities of the team. The SCOPUS Quality Coaching Framework was established by him to illustrate the key elements of quality coaching to enhance the athlete sport experience in the United States. He has been influential in driving quality coaching across the country.
